Processing times for uploaded documents, offer confirmations & CAS issuing.

This article will be updated on Monday and Wednesday each week. 

Please note that it can take the Postgraduate Admissions Office up to 5 working days to reply to e-mail correspondence.

Document processing times

If you are an offer holder and have uploaded documents to meet offer conditions, we are currently processing these documents within 4 working days from when you uploaded them to your Self-Service Account.

For documents relating to the finance condition the current processing time is 9 working days.

Make sure to regularly check your self-service account to see if you have been left a comment regarding your uploaded documents. We don’t currently send email notifications to you when a comment has been left, or when a condition has been completed.

Offer confirmation processing times

We have now begun processing offer confirmations for entry in Michaelmas 2025 when all your conditions have been marked as completed.

Once all your conditions disappear from your self service portal this means you have entered our queue and we will process your confirmation as soon as we can.

CAS for visa application

We have not yet begun issuing CAS for Michaelmas 2025 offer holders, we will begin issuing CAS from June onwards.

We can only issue a CAS when all offers conditions have been met and the offer has been confirmed.

For Easter 2025 offer holders we will be emailing information about your CAS.

Please note that we are aware of the time constraints international offer holders have. Our team prioritises processing documents for offer holders who are expected to attend a pre-sessional and have to arrive early.

Deadline information

Michaelmas 2025 offer holders

We will process all documents uploaded on or before 31 July 25 before withdrawing any applications, so please rest assured you will not need to request an extension if you can upload the required documents on or before 31 July 25.

We will process deadline extension requests from June onwards for those with 1 remaining academic and/or ATAS condition.
