We are aware that some referees receive an error message when accessing the Referee Portal via the URL link and access code.
If your referee has reported to you that they are receiving an error message then please send them a reminder email via the 'Manage Reference' section of the Applicant Portal.
The reminder email will contain a new URL link which should resolve the issue.
If the error message persists then please advise them to get in contact with our office directly by going to 'contact us' in our Help Centre.
