We have many funding opportunities for UK applicants that come from under-represented or non-traditional backgrounds to access postgraduate study at Cambridge. Some of the criteria has been included below, these will differ depending on the fund:
- Coming from an underrepresented ethnic background
- Coming from a low-income background
- Having experienced educational disadvantage
- Being in the first generation of your family to attend university at undergraduate level
- Having been eligible for free school meals at secondary school
- Having had caring responsibilities during secondary education
- Having spent time in local authority care or as a Foyer resident
