If you are applying to start your course in Lent or Easter Term 2026, the main 2025/26 funding deadlines will apply to these terms too. This means you will need to apply for funding up to 18 months in advance.
If you are applying for a Lent or Easter Term 2025 course, unfortunately most of the funding for the academic year will have been allocated. There may be some funding opportunities available, but please note that these will be very limited and there is no guarantee of funding.

Cambridge also offers funded studentships and research projects that typically sit outside of the usual admissions process. You can find them listed on the Funded Studentships page.
Some departments may offer Teaching or Research Assistantships, though these are rare. You will need to speak to the department directly about this.
