If you applied for funding, you may be wondering what happens once the funding deadlines have passed and you have successfully submitted your application with references also submitted. Here's a quick overview:
- First, your complete application is considered by the department for admission.*
- Then, the department assesses your application for funding.
- Your application is then considered by the funding bodies for all funding opportunities you have applied for and the ones you are eligible for.
*Applications that are missing one or both references are considered incomplete. It is at the department’s discretion whether they will still consider incomplete applications for funding opportunities.
