As soon as the applicant clicks 'save and send request' in the Applicant Portal you will receive an automatic email to the email address the applicant has nominated you with. This email will notify you that you have been nominated to provide a reference, and you will then receive a follow up email containing the login details for the Referee Portal.
Please use the URL link and access code to access the Portal and submit your reference.
If you have not received the email containing the login details, please first check your spam and junk folders. If the email is not there, then please contact us directly by submitting a request . Our team will then be able to advise further.
